My research interest is understanding evolutionary adaptation to dietary stress using Drosophila melanogaster. My work focuses on the role of genetic redundancy in polygenic adaptation, using a multi-omics approach. I also aim to identify molecular signatures of diet tolerance using machine learning to uncover predictive biomarkers of metabolic resilience.
