Sally Hacker Professor

I am a community ecologist interested in natural and managed rocky intertidal, dune, and estuarine systems. My research and teaching focuses on the role of species interactions to the structure, functions, and services of communities experiencing invasions and climate change. I am particularly interested in the protective role of organisms and ecosystems in mitigating coastal vulnerability due to climate change.
