Dee R. Denver Professor

My team performs interdisciplinary, collaborative, biological research founded on three major themes:

  1. Evolution of symbioses in diverse animal and plant systems,
  2. Genetic diversity and evolution of nematodes and other invertebrates,
  3. Intersections of biology with Buddhist and other Eastern philosophies.

We combine diverse experimental and computational approaches to perform our research, and value diverse perspectives and backgrounds in our training environment. Refer to my lab's website and my Google Scholar page to learn more.
