Assistant Professor

I am an ecophysiologist interested in the mechanisms wild animals use to cope with unpredictable and extreme environmental events. We use natural history, endocrinology and biotelemetry approaches to advance scientific understanding of wild animals - and particularly songbirds - in their natural environments. We are searching for unique insights into broader theories of biology to better understand what limits fitness when conditions become challenging.
